Han WANG (王晗)

About Me

Welcome! I am Han Wang, a third-year Ph.D. student in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), advised by Prof. Li Lu. I joined UESTC as a master’s student before continuing into the Ph.D. program. Prior to that, I received my B.S. in Computer Science and Technology from Tianjin University in 2022, where I was mentored by Assoc. Prof. Xinyu Tong. My research broadly focuses on ubiquitous infrastructure for AI systems.

Research Interests

AI Infra: My research focuses on building efficient AI infrastructure through hardware-software co-design, with particular emphasis on accelerating large language model (LLM) inference and serving. I explore emerging architectures and computing paradigms, including 3D-stacked memory, near-memory computing, and hybrid digital-analog computing, to reduce data movement overhead, improve hardware utilization, and enable more efficient LLM serving systems.
Wireless and RFIC: I am also dedicated to exploring ultra-low-power wireless networking systems and their CMOS-enabled implementations, aiming to weave practical, ubiquitous wireless connectivity for everyday objects.
